I give the children in my care opportunities to learn in a family-like setting with mixed age groups, where they can feel safe and loved, and begin to develop a positive self image. Your child will receive quality personal and individualized care in a warm and loving home. Your child will have the opportunity to gain practice in language, fine motor & gross motor skills, and self-help skills.
Children will not be denied enrollment on the basis of sex, race, or religion, or disability and enrollment is based on a first come, first served basis.
Provider’s Qualifications:
- Maryland Child Care Administration (CCA) License, Registration number is 21-67912
- Sid’s, CPR and First Aid Certified
- Completed the 90 hour pre-school certificate
- Completed my 45 hour Infant & Toddler certificate
- Maryland Childcare Credential Level Four
- Currently working on becoming a NAFCC (National Association for Child Care) Accreditation Provider
Provider has taken many extra steps to become a best childcare provider she can be, many of which are not mandatory of the State of Maryland.

Registration and Tuition:
Contract and Rate Agreement - Will also be updated annually or as situations warrant.
- Emergency Contact Information - Updated annually or as information changes.
- Handbook - Updated annually along with the contract.
- Health Inventory - I will return this to you when you have appointments so it can be updated.
- Immunization Certificate - This form will be updated by the doctor with the Health Inventory.
- Making the Difference - Pease return detachable card and keep pamphlet.
- Permission to Transport – This will be updated annually. Other permission slips will be used for any field trips.
